Juna Lopez

Juna Lopez has extensive experience in training and management within the BPO industry, currently serving as Training Manager at Acquire BPO since March 2015, with previous roles including Training Supervisor, Senior Trainer, and Sales Trainer. Prior to this, Juna held the position of Executive Assistant to the President at Canada's Best Mortgage from May 2014 to January 2015, overseeing communication and correspondence. Juna's earlier experience at NCO Group from April 2006 to 2014 included roles as Training Supervisor, Trainer, and Quality Supervisor, leading teams to enhance service quality. Juna holds an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Arts in English from Central Colleges of the Philippines and a high school diploma from Victor Valley High School.
