Sara Carlsson Parry

Sara Carlsson Parry is an experienced professional in Total Rewards, currently serving as the Director Total Rewards for EMEA, APAC, and India at Nutanix since December 2020. Prior to this role, Sara was the Global Head of Compensation Consulting and Programs at NortonLifeLock from January to October 2020, which followed an extensive tenure at Symantec from August 2008 to December 2019, where Sara held various positions including Director Total Rewards for EMEA. Earlier experience includes a role as HR Manager at Silicon Graphics Ltd. Sara holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University, an MA in Social Psychology from Uppsala University, and a Magistère de Langue et de Civilisation Françaises from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
