Marianne Katherine Gotladera Wuthrich

Marianne Katherine Gotladera Wuthrich has extensive experience in instructional design and training, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Acquire BPO since November 2014. In this role, Marianne supervises and develops a team of Instructional Designers, creates storyboards for learning materials, and oversees video production for campaigns. Previously, Marianne has facilitated leadership and self-development training across various departments, conducted New Hire training for a gaming account, and worked in learning and development roles at Teleperformance Careers Philippines, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde and degrees in Organizational Communications and Legal Management from De La Salle University.
