Sean Forrester

Sean Forrester is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and project oversight across various organizations. Currently serving as Country Manager at Acquire BPO since April 2022, Sean manages operations, workforce management, training, quality, and human resources. Prior to this role, Sean was Vice President at Bison Solutions Group, successfully turning around a banking project in Kentucky. Sean has also held positions as Site Director at VXI Global Solutions and TLC Associates, overseeing large teams and multiple projects. Earlier in Sean's career, significant contributions were made at KM2 Solutions and NARS, where Sean focused on site operations, workforce management, and recruitment, demonstrating a consistent record of improving performance metrics and project outcomes. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bethel University.
