James Vukanovich

James Vukanovich has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James founded Chatham Indoor Golf Club in 2023 and served as the owner/operator. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Strategy & Finance at Acquire from 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a PM at First New York, focusing on event-based price dislocations in the equity securities market. In 2019, they held the position of Director of Business Operations at Acquire, where they worked closely with the COO/CRO and led initiatives in Strategic Finance and FP&A. Before that, James worked as a Trader/PM at First New York from 2017 to 2019, focusing on event-based price dislocations. James began their career as an Investment Associate at AllianceBernstein in 2015, analyzing real estate investment opportunities. James also gained experience as an Investment Associate at Hines in 2013 and as a Summer Associate in Real Estate Private Equity at KAUST Endowment in 2012. Early in their career, they worked as an Investment Analyst and Residential Broker at Robert Ball Companies.

James Vukanovich has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. James also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Portland State University, with a major in Economics and a minor in Mathematics.
