Manisha Bais

Manisha is an accomplished management consulting professional with a versatile background and over a decade of experience. Her passion for solving problems and transforming organizational performance extends across multiple industries, including life sciences, consumer products, healthcare, and government. She has supported a range of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, by implementing innovative technologies that enhance customer value and outcomes, building R&D capabilities needed to develop a successful portfolio and asset strategies, maximizing commercial value during product launches, and improving operations to enhance performance and drive growth.

Prior to joining Acquis, Manisha was a Senior Consultant at IPM, a leading project management consultancy focused on the life sciences, healthcare, consumer products, and industrial sectors. In this capacity, Manisha led cross-functional teams to execute complex, strategic initiatives in the areas of operational excellence, organizational change management, program and project management, business process optimization, and project portfolio management.

Manisha holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
