Kevin Manley is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in business development, acquisitions, and strategic planning. Currently serving as VP of Business Development & Strategy at Superior Handling Equipment, LLC, and Vice President of Acquisitions and Exit Planning at ACQUIVEST M&A Advisory, Kevin provides expert advice in mergers and acquisitions and exit planning for businesses in the Southeast US. As the Founding Member and President of Manley Strategic, Kevin assists organizations in maximizing their value and aligning exit strategies with owners' objectives. With a background in academia as an adjunct professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Kevin shares insights on entrepreneurship while previously holding roles in marketing and product development across various companies, including Yesmail.com, where Kevin was a co-founder. Kevin holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Systems Engineering & Design from the University of Illinois.
