Scott Rosen

Scott Rosen is a seasoned executive in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Stockbridge since September 2025. Leading the Chicago-based acquisitions team, Scott is responsible for sourcing and executing investment opportunities across the Northeast, Midwest, and Dallas markets. Prior to Stockbridge, Scott held the position of Senior Director of Investments at LivCor, a Blackstone Company, where responsibilities included multifamily acquisition and disposition in Florida, while also co-leading a team focused on strategic direction and efficiency improvements. Previous experience includes a role at AIG Global Real Estate, where Scott sourced and underwrote various equity investments, alongside significant tenure at BlueGate Partners as Senior Vice President specializing in capital markets and investment sales. Scott began a career in transaction real estate at EY after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
