Michelle McElroy (she/her)

Michelle McElroy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they serve as the Chief Program Officer at ACR Health. Prior to that, they were a Founding Partner at Southern Tier Spice Gyrls. Michelle has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, having worked at Southern Tier AIDS Program, Inc. in various roles, including Director of Special Projects, Deputy Director, Director of Programs, and Director of Prevention Services. At Catholic Charities of Broome County, they served as a Senior Counselor. Michelle also has experience in property management as an Assistant Property Manager at SMI Realty Management and as a Leasing Consultant at GN Associates Realty. Additionally, they worked as a Vocational Counselor at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, oversee strategic initiatives, manage grants, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
