Steve Cutter

Steve Cutter has extensive experience in the mortgage lending and finance sectors, currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Acra Lending since September 2021. Prior roles include Vice President of the Western Division at HomeXpress Mortgage Corp and Citadel Servicing Corp, along with Executive Vice President at Transitional Capital Management. Additionally, Steve was the Managing Partner at Private Investor, Inc., focusing on distressed assets and bridge financing. Previous positions include Senior Vice President at People's Choice Home Loan, Division Sales Manager at Accredited Home Lenders, Director of Sales at Citimortgage, and District Manager at Beneficial Management Corporation. Steve is an alumnus of California State University, Chico.
