Aymeric Pezé

Aymeric Pezé has a diverse work experience in the field of CRM and IT. Aymeric is currently working as the Global CRM Director at Acre Security since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Head of CRM Solutions at Taoglas from May 2022 to April 2023.

From 2020 to 2022, Aymeric served as the Director of IT CRM Delivery at Unum, where they created a centralized CRM service resulting in savings of 1 million $. Aymeric also established the CRM Strategy and its Governance for enterprise-wide purposes.

Before joining Unum, Aymeric was the Head of CRM at HOSPITALITY.digital from 2018 to 2020. During their tenure, they built and grew a new CRM IT Department and developed a 360/Omni-channel strategy for the Contact Center, leading to increased customer satisfaction.

From 2015 to 2018, Aymeric worked at Roche in two different roles. Aymeric served as a Senior Solution Architect - Salesforce at Roche Diagnostics, where they designed high-level structures and led the development of integrated solutions. Aymeric was also the Global Service Delivery Manager CRM at Roche Diabetes Care, responsible for managing the CRM's lifecycle and implementing GDPR and HIPAA compliant processes.

Aymeric's earlier experience includes roles at AXA Assistance, AXA, Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., Radisson, and Slate Consulting K.K. In these roles, they gained expertise in areas such as team management, SFDC governance, solution architecture, project management, and business development.

Aymeric Pezé has a diverse education history. In 1998, they obtained their Highschool Diploma from Charlemagne Highschool, where they studied Sciences. Afterward, from 2001 to 2004, they attended LISAA Graduating School and received a Bachelor Equivalent degree in Computer Graphics Major.

Recently, Aymeric pursued further education at Analytics Institute from 2021 to 2022. During this time, they completed a Professional Diploma in Analytics & AI, focusing on Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Aymeric has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they became a Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer and a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator. In 2017, they also acquired the Veeva Vault Certified Admin certification. More recently, in 2022, Aymeric obtained certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software and HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy. It is worth noting that Aymeric's certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional does not specify the precise year or month of acquisition.
