Sarah Oguche has a diverse work experience in the fields of client services and application support engineering. Sarah started their career at Access Bank Plc in 2017 as a Branch Service Manager, where they managed branch operations for three years. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of an Application Support Engineer at the same company, providing second-level user support for retail payment applications and managing SMS and email alert applications. Sarah joined Polaris Bank Ltd. in 2022 as an Application Support Engineer and later moved on to join SMG - Service Management Group in 2023 as a Support Agent Client Services.
