Tom Morselli

Tom Morselli has a strong background in human resources and extensive experience in various leadership roles. Tom recently worked as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Acre Security since 2023. Before that, they were the Principal/Owner of HR Consulting at Sherpa Solutions Group from 2022 to 2023, where they provided strategic executive HR consulting services to various clients. Prior to that, they served as the SVP of People/Ops at PulsePoint from 2013 to 2022. Tom has also held positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, Associate Vice President of Human Resources at IAC, and Regional Director of Human Resources at Omnicom Group. Additionally, they worked as the Executive Director of HR at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions for several years, where they provided HR counsel and leadership to a large number of employees and locations. Throughout their career, Tom has been involved in various aspects of HR, including M&A HR Due Diligence, organizational development, executive coaching, succession planning, employee relations, culture assessment, performance management, HRIS system evaluation, talent planning, and training program facilitation.

Tom Morselli completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Stony Brook University. Following this, they pursued further education in Industrial Organizational Psychology and obtained a Master's degree from the University of Hartford.
