Clemildo Senger, MBA, CMA has over 20 years of professional experience in finance and accounting. Clemildo began their career at Nokia, where they held various roles including Assistant Controller LATAM and Sr Business Controller LATAM. Clemildo then moved on to GE as the Corporate Controller LATAM, where they focused on statutory accounting and tax compliance across the region. Following that, they served as the Senior Manager of Treasury & Tax at Philip Morris International, overseeing the corporate tax function and integrating the tax compliance system with ERP. Clemildo later joined Stryker as Finance Director, responsible for all aspects of the financial performance of the Brazilian operation. Clemildo then worked at Criteo as Regional Finance Controller Americas, driving statutory accounting and tax compliance in the Americas region. Prior to their current role, they were the Group Controller North America at ATALIAN Global Services. Currently, Clemildo serves as the Vice President of Finance at Acreage Holdings, where they work with senior stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting results. Clemildo'sexperience spans various industries and they have proven expertise in financial management, compliance, and process improvement.

Clemildo Senger has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, which was obtained from The University of Dallas between 2002 and 2004. Prior to this, they earned a Master's degree in Accounting from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1995 to 1998. Clemildo'sBachelor's degree in Accounting was obtained from Faculdades Integradas Campos Salles between 1988 and 1991. In addition, Clemildo Senger obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants in 2017.
