Sarah Confessore has a diverse work experience in the field of packaging and creative services. Sarah currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Packaging & Creative Services at Acreage Holdings since June 2023. Before this, they worked as Director of Packaging & Creative Services from November 2018. Prior to their tenure at Acreage Holdings, Sarah worked at Gap Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, Labels & Packaging for the GAP brand from 2016 to 2018. Sarah led and managed their team in executing packaging and labeling projects for Gap Specialty and Outlet Brands. Sarah also has experience working at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they held two positions - Designer from 2006 to 2011, and then promoted to the Director of Apparel Packaging from 2011 to 2016. At Sears, they designed and developed clothing for newborns, infants, and toddlers, and sourced fabrics and styles for each garment. Earlier in their career, Sarah worked at Mamiye Brothers as a Designer/Graphic Artist from 2001 to 2006, where they created concepts for licensed bids and designed apparel for boys and girls, incorporating popular characters and branding.
Sarah Confessore holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Design and Production from Iowa State University. Sarah has also obtained a certification in Program Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2018.
