Previously, Ray held various leadership roles at Canfield & Tack, Inc. from 1989 to 2023, including President, CEO, and Chairman, as well as VP of Sales and Marketing. Additionally, Ray participated in the Vistage Chair Academy for a brief period in early 2023 and worked as an Account Executive at Bob Wright Creative Group from 1987 to 1989. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Denison University, earned between 1982 and 1986.

This unconscious consumption of Mental McDonald's is causing our friends, family and colleagues to unnecessarily suffer with huge amounts of fear, uncertainty, doubt, stress, anxiety, depression. People are suffering because they haven’t been taught how to think in today’s Facebook-TikTok-Google-Amazon-Snapchat-Instagram world. We believe that every person on earth deserves to know how to untangle their thinking by becoming a more mentally fit human. We intend to help millions of people do just that.
