Norian Caporale-Berkowitz

Norian Caporale-Berkowitz, Ph.D., is a Partner and Executive Coach at Evolution, providing leadership development and culture-building support to startups, including established companies such as LinkedIn and Adobe. Currently serving as a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Psychology at Baruch College, Norian founded the Mental Health Innovation Lab and teaches courses in the Masters in Mental Health Counseling program. Previous experience includes roles as City Experience Manager at Minerva University, Partnership & Program Manager at Coursera, and founding the Coursewire Program at Brown University. Norian's education includes a Ph.D. and an MA in Counseling Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brown University.
