Caroline Tsay

Caroline Tsay is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and management. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for The Coca-Cola Company and Morningstar, Caroline is an active member of both companies' Audit Committees. Caroline co-founded Compute Software, where responsibilities included CEO and acting Chief Product Officer, leading the development of AI-driven cloud optimization solutions. As a Limited Partner at Acrew Capital and Operator Collective, Caroline plays a pivotal role in supporting diverse tech executives and investments. Previous positions include Vice President and General Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where oversight encompassed a $4.5 billion software portfolio, and Senior Director at Yahoo, leading product management for search and AI, which significantly influenced revenue and user engagement. Caroline holds both a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University.
