Terry Buist

Terry Buist has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Lead Account Manager in Personal Lines Insurance at Acrisure, LLC since November 2005, where a focus is on client and team member needs. Prior to this role, Terry worked as the Personal Lines Service Department Manager at Acrisure Re from March 2024 to August 2025 and held several positions at Keyser Insurance Group, including Personal Lines Service Department Manager and Senior Account Manager/Trainer from November 2005 to March 2024. Terry's career began at Kalamazoo State Hospital, transitioning to the insurance sector with a period at Farm Bureau. In addition to these roles, Terry is the Band Director for The WayWard Sons, contributing as the Lead and Rhythm Guitarist and Vocals. Terry holds an Associate’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Davenport University, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
