Heather MacDougall

Heather MacDougall currently serves as the Senior HR Manager for the Southeast Region at Acrisure, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Heather was the Chief Administrative Officer at Gulfshore Insurance, an Acrisure Agency Partner, from October 2019 to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of HR at Gulfshore Insurance, Inc. from September 2006 to September 2019 and as an HR Technician at Comarco Wireless Technologies, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Heather holds a Master of Science in Adult Education and HR Development from Florida State University (2006-2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida (2000-2004).
