Rob Kempa

Rob Kempa is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in managing insurance programs for a diverse clientele. As a Partner at Acrisure since October 2008, Rob has played a pivotal role in growing the agency into one of the larger locally owned insurance brokers in San Diego. Prior to Acrisure, Rob worked as an Insurance Broker at Westland Insurance Brokers from January 1992 to October 2008, consistently achieving high production levels for over 16 years. Earlier in Rob's career, tenure at Sedgwick, Inc. and Wausau Insurance Company provided opportunities to manage insurance programs for clients across the United States and internationally. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago, earned between 1982 and 1985.
