David McKinney

David McKinney has over eight years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Acro Service Corp since November 2015. In this role, David manages OSHA logs, leads monthly training sessions, and develops critical HR documents such as the Health and Safety Handbook. David has also been responsible for processing new hire and exit paperwork, conducting audits, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. Previously, as a Human Resources Coordinator, David successfully reduced unemployment liability costs significantly and represented the company in court hearings. Prior experience includes managerial responsibilities at Little Caesars Pizza. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Eastern Michigan University.
