Paul Bongers

Paul Bongers has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Paul currently holds the position of Vice President of Product Strategy at Acrolinx since April 2021, where they previously served as a Product Strategist from July 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at Marketingster starting from November 2019. Paul also worked at Laxmi Financial Solutions Limited as a Finance Operations & Corporate Development professional from February 2020 to April 2022.

In 2019, Paul founded their own consulting firm, Bongers Co., specializing in Corporate Development and Product Strategy for SaaS businesses. Before that, they were involved in Partner Ecosystem Go-To-Market Strategy at Uberall from April 2019 to January 2020.

Paul held several roles at Searchmetrics from 2012 to 2019, including VP Sales & Strategic Partnerships, Director of Sales, Director of Strategic Partnerships, and Solutions Architect. During their time at Searchmetrics, they achieved significant accomplishments such as increasing order entry and efficiency, creating successful partnership programs, and implementing strong sales and marketing alignment.

Prior to Searchmetrics, Paul served as the Head of International Expansion at home24 SE from November 2011 to September 2012. During this time, they successfully launched e-commerce portals in multiple countries and provided market expansion consultation to international teams.

Paul's earlier work experience includes a role in Digital Transformation in Finance & Accounting at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen from June 2009 to August 2010.

Paul Bongers has a strong educational background. Paul completed their European Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Radboud University from 2004 to 2010. Paul then pursued further studies and obtained a European Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Freie Universität Berlin in 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they completed a European Master of Arts in European Studies at Lund University and a European Master of Arts in European Governance at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. In addition to their academic achievements, Paul has also obtained several certifications in fields such as design thinking, leadership, unconscious bias, sales, and public speaking.
