Eric McDowell

Eric McDowell has worked in the Information Technology field since 2004. Eric'smost recent role is as an Information Technology Project Engineer at Acropolis Technology Group, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were an IT Project Manager at Anheuser-Busch from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Yazaki North America from 2017 to 2020. Eric'sfirst role in the IT field was as a Senior IT Support Technician at Thomson Reuters from 2004 to 2017, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and repairing PC's and Laptops, writing and updating documentation, and becoming a Knowledge Engineer, updating and creating support articles for their Global Support Database. Eric also assisted on several server upgrade projects that replaced older servers with windows 2012 servers.

Eric McDowell attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1995 to 1998, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Applied Communications Technology. Eric then attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2000 to 2008, studying Computer Science.
