Katherine Laupot provides 20+ years expertise as Chief Executive Officer across multiple industry sectors including long tenure at the second largest manufacturing firm in the United States for Industrial and Commercial Lighting. Ms. Laupot established and operated for 11 years a private investment fund for real estate portfolio management. Since 2009, she established a senior network across Investment Banking, Sovereign Funds, High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) in the Middle East, Asia, and Europe.

Ms. Laupot established Across Nations Advisory to provide corporate strategy and private equity/debt funding for medium to large capital transactions internationally. Her Executive Advisory Team include finance and corporate leaders proficient in various sectors including: Renewable Energy and Sustainability, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, Technology, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Franchising, and Media. Primary emphasis is to fund green energy and sustainable solutions which aid carbon footprint reduction. Projects are facilitated globally with award-winning scientists and renowned environmental experts. Across Nations Advisory has received government support in multiple countries for implementation of landmark, clean technology projects. Ms. Laupot was a Senior Advisor to the former Head of Trade for Australia. She was an independent Board Member for a wealth management and private equity firm in the United Arab Emirates.
