Robert Parovel

Robert Parovel is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Acrow Formwork & Scaffolding. Prior to this role, Robert held positions such as Principal Consultant at TALK Consulting Services, Human Resources Manager at Salini Impregilo, and Director of Human Resources at GCC SERVICES. With a background in Human Resources and a strong track record of leadership, Robert has also worked in various capacities at companies such as TWM Global Pty Ltd, Harsco Corporation, and Central Queensland University. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University and has completed programs from institutions such as SDA Bocconi and Western Sydney University.
