Melissa Ciana

Melissa Ciana is a partner at Acru Solutions. Melissa was previously a partner at Stage 1 Financial and a controller, finance & operations, co-founder at Nara Logics. Melissa is responsible for the financial operations of a growing, angel- and venture-backed technology company. Melissa works closely to create a financial infrastructure in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Melissa also led all financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, risk management, legal and human resources functions. Melissa also performed as lead audit-team partner, and managed investor relations.

Melissa Ciana attended California State University, Northridge and received their BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Accounting. Melissa also became a Certified Public Accountant through the state of Massachusetts.
