Rakesha Smith

Rakesha Smith is currently a COBRA Analyst at ACS Benefit Services, LLC, where Rakesha has been working since August 2014. Prior to this, Rakesha was a Claims Customer Service Representative at NBFSA LLC from October 2013 to May 2014. Rakesha assists customers and providers with questions regarding benefits coverage and medical claims status for clients. Rakesha also works in multiple systems processing, correcting, and repricing medical claims. Rakesha is pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at Guilford Technical Community College, with an expected graduation date in May 2024.
