Tracey Kennedy has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Tracey began their career in 2001 at Aetna, where they served as a Network Account Manager. In this role, they managed relationships with major hospitals and physician groups, provided excellent customer service to providers, and handled complex claim and authorization issues. Tracey continued in this position until 2016, during which they also assisted providers with billing, credentialing, and authorization issues.

In 2017, Tracey joined Meritain Health as the Manager of Network Operations. In this role, they managed the Network Operations team, oversaw new implementations, coordinated activities with Aetna and SourceHOV partners for the PPO Replacement project, and successfully managed a team of 25 staff members. Tracey held this position until 2021 when they transitioned to their current role as the Director of Client Relations at ACS Benefit Services, LLC.

Throughout their career, Tracey has demonstrated strong relationship-building skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle complex issues in the healthcare industry.

Tracey Kennedy attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Tracey returned to Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and completed their second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2020.
