Roman Dontsis

Roman Dontsis is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in management and technical roles. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at ACS Motion Control since April 2022, Roman oversees an engineering team and manages configuration control, technical documentation, and new product introduction activities while supporting various departments. Prior to this role, Roman held the position of Hardware Engineering Manager at SCD from May 2015 to April 2022, directing production planning and process development while addressing customer complaints and overseeing subcontractor evaluations. Roman's earlier experience includes a tenure as a System Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd, focusing on the integration of multidisciplinary systems, and positions at Spheratec Technology Ltd and the Israeli Air Force, where expertise in R&D and weapon systems maintenance was developed. Roman holds an MSc in Systems Engineering and multiple degrees from Braude Academic College in Electrical Engineering.
