Cary Ashworth

Cary Ashworth, Ed.D., SPHR, is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience leading HR functions in various industry sectors, including technology and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at ACS Technologies since March 2012, Cary oversees corporate people systems and programs, focusing on employee rewards, leadership development, and engagement. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at an industry-leading software company and Director of Human Resources at Roche, where Cary was responsible for HR operations in a $600M subsidiary. Earlier career highlights include managerial positions at BD and Baxter International, emphasizing the management of compensation, benefits, and performance programs.
