Sarah then joined National Westminster Bank in 1993 as an AVP Consumer Loan Product Manager, where they managed home equity campaigns and optimized branch credit sales.
In 1996, Sarah moved to Bank of America, where they held various roles including Deposit Product Manager, Fee Income Manager, Consumer Lending Product Group VP, and Mortgage Product Management VP. During their time at Bank of America, they developed and implemented loyalty and retention programs, managed fee income plans, and integrated mortgage product sales into bank branches.
In 2004, Sarah became an SVP Home Equity Customer Management at Bank of America. Sarah then worked at Golden Gateway Financial from 2009 to 2010 as a Reverse Mortgage Loan Consultant, where they managed reverse mortgage loans sales to qualified seniors via a phone-based and internet sales model.
Most recently, Sarah has been working at ACSIA Partners since 2011 as a Long Term Care Planning Specialist. In this role, they assess client needs, provides education on long term care planning solutions, and represents top rated insurance companies.
