Jason Schafer

Jason Schafer has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and marketing fields. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Search Consultant for Randstad, where they were responsible for business development and recruiting for contract and permanent electrical and mechanical design engineers in the Greater Boston Area. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Business Development Manager for GreenPages, where they helped create a new business model and grew the department from two employees to ten employees with gross sales of over one million dollars in the first year. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as an Executive Search Consultant for MRINetwork. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Recruiter for HBE Corporation and from 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Recruiter for APC-MGE. In 2007, they became the Director of Talent Acquisition for CORE Construction. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Director of Business Development for Kelly Services. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager for HBE Corporation. From 2012 to 2019, they worked as a Global Marketing Manager and Director of Business Development for AgileOne. In 2019, they began working as a Director of Communications and Global Marketing Manager for ActOne Group.

Jason Schafer graduated from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 1993. Jason then attended Carthage College, where they obtained a BA in English Literature in 1997. In 2017, they received a Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist certification from Salesforce.
