Sharon Greenwood

Sharon Greenwood has been working in the staffing industry since 2000. Sharon began their career at ActOne Group as a Manager; National Accounts Compliance Analyst, where they were responsible for conducting daily audits for several branches and on-site staffing programs nationwide. Sharon also oversaw and advised in the implementation of new national accounts by traveling to servicing staffing offices and training on payroll procedures. In 2018, they returned to ActOne Group as the Director of Operations, National Accounts Implementation & Compliance Manager, and National Accounts Implementation Coordinator. In this role, they managed a team of 12 individuals in 3 different verticals including; New National Account Implementation, the compliance/audit team for ActOne's most strict accounts and the National Accounts Payroll/On-boarding team. Sharon was also responsible for managing the staff that ensures timely and accurate payroll for over 700 temporary workers on a weekly basis. Prior to this, they were Co-Owner of Skin Deep Tattoo, where they were responsible for all tasks associated with owning their own business. Before that, they worked in Property Management Services, where they managed a variety of services for luxury estates including coordinating with vendors, scheduling appointments and providing assistance during conferences. Sharon also coordinated and managed several employees working at the estates and ensured satisfactory completion and quality of work performed by various vendors.

Sharon Greenwood obtained an Associate's degree from Long Beach City College in 1996.
