Zoë Laub has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Garden Greeter at Wegerzyn Gardens Metropark in 2018. Zoë then worked as a Library Aide at the Dayton Metro Library and as a Cashier at McDonald's, where they worked in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. In 2019, they took on roles as an Opinion Writer and Copy Editor at the Daily Trojan and a Barista at Starbucks. In 2020, they became an Embedded Writing Tutor at Los Angeles City College. In 2021, they interned as a Business Development Writer Intern at ActOne Group, and in 2022 they became a Business Development Writer at ActOne Group and a Copywriting Intern at Ecolink.

Zoë Laub attended Stivers School for the Arts from 2012 to 2018, studying Visual Arts and Choir. Zoë then attended the University of Southern California from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English (Creative Writing). In addition, they have obtained two certifications, Grant Writing for Education from LinkedIn in September 2021 and Writing a Proposal from LinkedIn in July 2021.
