Neethan D'Souza

Neethan D'Souza has a wide range of experience in human resources, spanning multiple industries and roles. Neethan began their career in 2000 as an Officer of Human Resources at GRAPHITE INDIA LTD. After that, they worked at Toyota Kirloskar Motor as an Officer of Human Resources for four years. Neethan then joined Bharti Airtel as an Assistant Manager of HR for a short period before moving on to TNT, where they served as an Area Human Resources Manager and later as a Corporate Human Resources Manager. In 2010, Neethan joined DHL Global Forwarding as the National Manager of Human Resources. Currently, Neethan is working at ACT FIBERNET, where they held positions of General Manager of Business HR Head, Vice President of Corporate HR Head, and currently as the Group HR Head.

Neethan D'Souza pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in HR from Roshni Nilaya School of Social Work between 1998 and 2000. In 2003 to 2005, they studied the Toyota Way in Human Resources Management at Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan. In 2009 to 2010, Neethan D'Souza completed the Management Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Neethan'smost recent educational endeavor began in 2017 at the London Business School, where they are currently studying Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Organisations.
