Saurabh Kaushik has over 17 years of work experience, starting in 2005 as a Design Engineer at NTPC. Saurabh then worked as a Consultant Intern at Aqua MCG - SCM Consulting in 2009 and as an Analyst Intern at HSBC GR - Investment Banking in 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they served as an Operations Manager and Procurement Manager at Procter & Gamble, where they managed P2P operations and led the Global Contractor Transformation initiative.

Saurabh later joined Procter & Gamble again in 2014 and held positions such as Senior Purchase Manager and Senior Sourcing Manager in the Packaging Materials division. In these roles, they led the sourcing of packaging materials across various business categories and implemented advanced sourcing strategies.

In 2018, Saurabh joined ACT FIBERNET as the Vice President of Supply Chain, where they efficiently managed an annual spend of $110 million and developed smart supply chain solutions to address external challenges. Saurabh also served as the General Manager of Supply Chain and Procurement at ACT FIBERNET, leading a team across procurement, warehouse, and logistics, as well as overseeing the implementation of SAP and the setup of an S&OP process.

Saurabh Kaushik's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance & Operations from IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, during the academic year of 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Saurabh completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Operations Management and Supervision and a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, from 2009 to 2011.
