Heidi Fowler

Heidi joined Act for Kids in 2015 as a Domestic and Family Violence Specialist and since 2016 has been managing the services across South West Queensland.

She previously worked for the Queensland Police Service and Queensland Corrections; focusing for the last 12 years on domestic and family violence in the not-for-profit sector.

Heidi’s focus has been on service system collaboration and supporting teams in regional and remote areas. She is passionate about ensuring children’s voices are heard when domestic and family violence impacts family functioning and childhood development.

Heidi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Post Graduate Studies in Leadership, Workplace Health and Safety, and Public Safety.
