Jonathan Dacula

Jonathan Dacula, PHR, currently serves as the Operations and Development Lead at Act To Change, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Jonathan was the Head of Talent Acquisition at OneGoal from May 2023 to September 2024 and worked as a Human Resources and DEI Consultant at Conscious Roots between January 2022 and May 2023. Jonathan's extensive experience at Teach For America included various roles such as Managing Director of Talent & Operations and Director of Strategy, Talent, and Operations, among others. Additional experience includes a Specialist role at Apple and a Copy and Design Editor position at Door Is a Jar Magazine. Jonathan earned a Human Resources PHR Certificate from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from Loyola University New Orleans.
