Lora Jewell

Ms. Lora Jewell serves as ACT1’s Senior Human Resources Manager within the integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) team. She has been entrusted with the simple mandate of “Caring for the People.” At ACT1 they believe that taking care of the workforce is not simply providing total rewards that are fair and equitable, but also includes attracting retaining, and growing talent, and providing sophisticated, compassionate, inspiring, and engaging integrated human capital support that focuses on the employee experience. Ms. Jewell oversees all aspects of employee engagement, total rewards, employee relations, policy administration, and HR operations.

Prior to joining ACT1, Ms. Jewell most recently served as HR Director at Delinea, Inc. where she provided strategic HR business partnership to leadership, managed compensation, benefits, and performance programs, implemented HRIS, and managed HR Operations. She has over 20 years of experience in human resource management.
