John Crutchfield

John Crutchfield has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. John started their career in 2005 at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, where they held various roles such as Central Sales Advisor, Sr. Reporting & Marketing Manager, and Director of Sales Operations & Marketing. During their tenure, they showed exceptional skills in revenue management, email communication campaigns, and workforce management.

In 2014, John joined Atom Enterprises Inc. as the VP of Sales, Marketing, & Operations. During their time there, they achieved significant revenue growth, implemented sales enablement tools, and reduced costs while achieving impressive sales growth. John also played a crucial role in new product development and created a B2B Call Center.

In 2016, John became the Chief Operating Officer at Titan Drones Inc. and remained in that position until 2018. John then joined ProfitSword, LLC as the Chief Operating Officer, where they helped develop business intelligence software solutions and oversaw financial and operational information analysis.

Most recently, in 2022, John Crutchfield joined Actabl as the Chief Integrations Officer.

John Crutchfield has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix. John also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of South Florida. In terms of certifications, John has obtained the PSM I and PSPO I certifications from Scrum.org in 2018. John is also a Salesforce Certified Administrator, obtained in 2018. Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute, earned in 2016. John also possesses various technical certifications, including A+, Advanced Excel, Certified Internet Webmaster, I-Net+, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and Network+.
