Jim Salkeld

Jim Salkeld is the managing director of Actavo's industrial UK division. Jim has over fifteen years of experience in operations management and project management. Prior to joining Actavo, Jim was the project director for UGL KAEFER JV, where they managed the Esso VBC Contract in Victoria, Australia. The contract, valued at over $500 million, was the first of its kind in Australia and involved maintaining 3 onshore facilities and 23 offshore installations in Bass Strait. Jim was also responsible for procurement and for the provision of 3rd party specialist services.

Before joining UGL KAEFER JV, Jim was the senior operations manager for DSL UK, where they were responsible for managing a team of over 200 employees and for overseeing all aspects of DSL UK's operations. Jim has a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams, and they are an expert in operations management and project management.
