Alyssa Gillham

Alyssa Gillham has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Alyssa began their career at Compassus, where they served as a Volunteer Services Recruiter & Coordinator. During their time there, they successfully recruited, trained, and managed volunteers, interns, and employees for a community-based hospice. Alyssa also implemented strategies that increased volunteer productivity and saved the company significant funds.

After their role at Compassus, Alyssa joined HCR ManorCare as a Management Recruiter. In this position, they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment of quality managers for skilled nursing facilities across multiple regions. Alyssa coordinated interviews, communicated the hiring process, conducted candidate tracking, and utilized web-based and social media platforms for candidate searching. Alyssa also had the role of Business Office Manager at HCR ManorCare, where they supervised day-to-day office functions and managed administrative staff.
