Paul O'Brien

Paul O'Brien is currently teaching 5th and 6th-grade science and 7th and 8th-grade math at Action Day Schools since August 2022. Prior to this role, they taught middle school math and science at Mulberry School from August 2020. They have also worked as a high school math teacher at KIPP Bay Area Public Schools, a 7th-grade math and science teacher at Alpha Public Schools, a math/computer teacher & tech support at Diocese of San Jose - St. Leo the Great Catholic School, and a middle school math teacher at Archdiocese of San Francisco. Before transitioning to teaching, Paul O'Brien earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
