Action for Boston Community Development
Ronald Marlow is an experienced leader in workforce development and alternative education, currently serving as Vice President at Action for Boston Community Development, Inc. since January 2020, where responsibilities encompass program development, budget management, and strategic partnerships. Prior roles include Vice President for Workforce Development at the National Urban League, Undersecretary for Workforce Development at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, and Director of Diversity and Inclusion at MassHousing. Ronald's significant contributions to public policy and organizational effectiveness are supported by a Master of Science in Law, Policy & Society from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in General Arts and Sciences from Penn State University.
