Richard Cove

Richard Cove has extensive work experience primarily in human resources and executive positions. Richard worked as the Executive Director Corporate Services/Executive Director Human Resources at Action for Children, where they led transformational change programs and developed an HR strategy. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Director at Canon (UK) LTD, where they played a key role in organization redesign and culture change. Richard also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Dunlop Tyres, where they managed various aspects of HR and maintained relationships with trade unions.

Richard Cove has a postgraduate degree in Business Strategy from the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) obtained between 2003 and 2004. Richard completed a MA Programme in Strategic HRM from Newcastle University between 1991 and 1993. Additionally, they hold a BA (hons) degree in Business Studies/Industrial Relations from the University of Greenwich, which they obtained between 1972 and 1976.
