Sharon Bridge has over 20 years of work experience in the field of HR and L&D. Sharon worked at various companies, including Action for Children, where they held multiple roles such as Head of Talent & Development, Head of OD, Head of People Policy, Resourcing Manager, and HRBP. Sharon managed a team of 30 staff and oversaw budgets of over £4 million.
