Matt Otero

Matt Otero is currently working as a Family Connector at Action for Healthy Kids, engaging with school staff and families at three elementary schools in Upland, CA. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Nature Conservatory Educator at Upland Unified School District, where Matt developed and implemented garden-based educational programs. Matt's previous experience includes coordinating coding camps for at-risk youth at the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, facilitating team-building activities as an Assistant Property Manager at Thomas Safran & Associates, and providing college and career guidance as a Group Leader at Anaheim Achieves. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from California State University, Fullerton.
