Megan Drysdale

Megan Drysdale is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People for both Safety Champion Software and Action OHS Consulting since January 2022. With a strong background in HR leadership, Megan previously held pivotal roles, including Head of People Operations and HR Manager at Intralot Australia & Intralot Gaming Services, and National Recruitment Manager at JustMums Recruitment. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Manager at K&L Gates and Senior Consultant at Mahlab. Megan's foundational work began as a property lawyer at Maddocks. Academically, Megan holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Monash University, a Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Management from RMIT University, supplemented by fitness certifications from the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers.
