Zoe Cooke

Zoe Cooke currently serves as the Head of People Partnering at Gravita, overseeing People Partnering and Organisational Effectiveness, including Learning and Development and Employee Engagement, while also managing M&A integration activities for the private equity backed firm. Previously, Zoe held the position of Senior People Business Partner for Kroll, supporting the Valuation Advisory Services and Business Services units across EMEA. Other notable roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Octopus, HR Business Partner and Strategic Workforce Planning Lead at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Project Delivery Talent and Diversity Lead at the Cabinet Office, and HR Fast Stream Graduate in various placements across the Civil Service. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Leeds and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Aston University.
